  • Free delivery is applicable for orders totaling $599 or more before taxes and fees.
  • This offer is valid only within our designated local service areas, which include Rochester NY, Buffalo NY, and Erie, PA.

2. Delivery Charges for Orders Under $599:

  • For orders below $599, a delivery fee of $50 will be applied.
  • The $50 delivery fee is applicable within our local service areas.
  • Our local service areas include Rochester NY, Buffalo NY, and Erie, PA. 

3. Delivery Area Confirmation:

  • If there are uncertainties regarding whether your location falls within our delivery area, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • We are committed to providing clarification and assistance in determining delivery eligibility.

4. Pick-Up Option:

  • Customers have the option to pick up their mattress for free from any of our 8 locations or directly from our factory in Jamestown, NY.
  • This option provides flexibility and convenience for customers to collect their mattress during normal business hours.

5. Removal Service for Old Mattresses:

  • We offer a removal service for old mattresses or box springs at a fee of $15 per piece.
  • This service must be arranged in advance with your delivery.

6. Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries are available Monday through Friday.
  • Please check with your nearest store for specific delivery dates in your area.

7. Delivery Range:

  • Our delivery services include Rochester NY, Buffalo NY, and Erie, PA. 
  • For clarification on whether we deliver to your location, please contact us.

8. Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy:

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule their delivery without incurring a redelivery fee if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
  • It is essential to either speak to someone or receive email confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling to avoid charges.
  • If our delivery team is en route or arrives at your location and no one is available to receive the delivery, a redelivery charge will apply.
