Additional Warranty Information
In addition to the general terms outlined above, it's important to note the following:
Unsanitary conditions or the use of cleaning fluids pose potential risks to the integrity of your mattress, which could lead to the invalidation of your warranty. This includes scenarios such as persistent staining, soiling, or pest infestation. Moreover, the application of cleaning fluids may harm the fabric and materials of your mattress, jeopardizing your warranty coverage.
For health and safety considerations, Jamestown Mattress may be unable to conduct inspections on products exhibiting signs of unsanitary conditions or damage caused by cleaning fluids. We reserve the right to decline warranty coverage if your mattress display evidence of pest infestation, stains, or soiling of unknown origin, or if they appear to have been compromised by liquid penetration, cleaning chemicals, or other forms of misuse.
It's essential to maintain proper hygiene and adhere to recommended cleaning practices and product care to preserve the quality and longevity of your sleep set and ensure continued warranty coverage.
