Mattress Refunds:
At Jamestown Mattress, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, durable mattresses at half the price you'd find elsewhere. Unlike many online mass-market options, we don't believe in gimmicks or cheaply made products. Our mattresses are built to last, and we want you to invest in them because you're committed to quality sleep, not just looking for a trial run.
Before making a decision, visit one of our stores. We want you to invest in our mattresses because you're dedicated, not just curious. Come to our store, test them out, and let our experienced team assist you. Additionally, if you find that you've selected the wrong firmness, our 30-day comfort adjustment program is available to help you find the right fit.
Once a mattress has been opened, it is considered used and cannot be resold. This policy ensures that all our customers receive new, unused products, aligning with our commitment to quality and affordability without the practice of reselling used mattresses.
If you require a refund, please note that there is a 20% disposal fee, as we do not restock or resell returned mattresses. However, if the mattress is returned to a Jamestown store or factory in its original packaging, unused and undamaged within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund. Please be aware that pickups are only available within our local delivery area and additional fees may apply.
Please note that custom-sized mattresses are not eligible for a refund. All sales of custom-sized mattresses are final.
Other Items:
Within 30 days of purchase, unopened, sealed items in their original packaging are eligible for a refund if unused and undamaged. Customers are responsible for returning items to a Jamestown Mattress store or factory, with additional fees for pickups in our local delivery area.
Once an item is opened, it's considered used and ineligible for a refund. A 20% disposal fee applies to used items. This policy ensures fairness and maintains our commitment to quality.
Processing Time:
Credit Card: Please note that when we process a refund on a credit card, the funds are removed from our account on the day of processing. However, the bank system may hold the funds, and it can take up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Unfortunately, this delay is beyond our control and cannot be altered.
Cash or Check: Items paid for with cash or check will be refunded via a check issued from our factory in Jamestown, NY, within 7 days of processing -- allow for delivery time via USPS, too. Please note that we do not keep cash at our stores so we can't give cash refunds at the stores.
Financing: Before making a purchase, we recommend checking with the store regarding the terms of the financing contract. Please be aware that additional fees and interest may be charged on refunds. Additionally, you will still owe the remaining 20% disposal fee, which must be paid off accordingly.
