Jamestown Mattress offers free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. We ship our mattresses unassembled. You simply place three layers of latex foam inside a zipper casing and you’ve made your own latex mattress. This way we can ship them to you via our shipper. Plus, it makes them a lot easier to move around.
We gently place our latex foam inside a box and ship it to you.
Depending on the size of the mattress, you will receive varying numbers of boxes.
Twin: 2 boxes
Full: 3 Boxes
Queen: 3 boxes
King: 3 Boxes
Typically, we will ship your latex mattress within 7 days of placing the order. If it exceeds 7 days, we will notify you and you are free to cancel without any penalty. Please note that this does not mean that you will receive it within 7 days. Depending on where you are located, it will take one to seven days to receive your new latex mattress.
We ship your created latex mattresses bought through our web site from our factory in Jamestown, NY. For our other mattresses purchased in-store we ship from the store to locations within a 60 mile radius of the showroom. If you are outside the continental US please request a freight quote using our contact form.
Expected Time Of Delivery Once The Mattress is Shipped
We do offer mattress removal when we are delivering your mattress from one of our showrooms.
Tracking Your Order
When ordering one of our custom natural/organic mattress from our web site, we will email you a tracking number as soon as your mattress has shipped from our factory. Please remember that it may take a few hours from the time that it is picked up until it is entered into our shipper’s system. If for some reason your tracking number does not work, please contact us immediately either by phone or our contact form.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If any of your mattress boxes are damaged, please refuse them or you may accept them if you don’t think there is any structural damage. If your mattress is damaged, notify us immediately so that we may resolve the problem. If our shipper drops it at your door or you notice the damage after opening the boxes, please contact us immediately. With any damage, please take photos and email them to us if you can. These will really help us in resolving the issue for you.
If your package has been lost please give us a call and we will try to what we can to take care of the issue.
Canceling Your Order
You may cancel your order at anytime before it ships with no fees. Once it ships, you will be responsible for paying for it to be shipped back to our facility. Please note that we will process the refund once we receive it and verify that everything is okay.
Unfortunately it is not easy to return our custom natural/organic mattresses. However, you may return your mattress ONLY as long as the boxes have not been opened, it is within 14 days, and only after contacting us. You will be fully responsible for shipping the mattress back to us.
Adjusting Your Mattress Comfort
Since you will be creating your natural/organic mattress online we understand you may not always get the correct comfort for your liking? This is why we allow you up to one comfort adjustment for free within the first 90 Days. For more information, please contact us.
